Approach


Starting with reviewing the Gallup Strengths Finder report, the firm determined the organisation’s strengths and areas of improvement. We identified positive and unhelpful behaviours and worked together on leader-specific outcomes. We developed a strategy to leverage his team’s strengths and maintain a personal style to display his best before the company’s directors.
